CLASS DESCRIPTION
Dealer 101 seeks to give its students an A-Z lesson on how to run a car dealership and what it takes to be successful in the business. We will use both classroom training and a virtual dealership to present live demonstrations.  The next class will be held on July 30th, 2008.


VIRTUAL DEALERSHIP
Dealer 101 Class has constructed a virtual dealership within walking distance of the CIADA training room.  Part of your experience will lead you to this 'Virtual Dealership' where we will use real life examples to provide a unique learning experience.  Walk through a dealership office and see what needs to be displayed or items you may have overlooked or forgotten about.

Walk across the room and see what an ideal 'Ready for Sale' vehicle looks like from tires to roof rack.  Learn a little about the marketing side of your dealership and how to display consignment vehicles.

Tour the shop.  Every dealership needs a designated area for cleaning, detailing, and repairing your own vehicles.  See what insider information we have for you about the
best way to clean and inspect your vehicles to check for

 prior damage.  A very clear example of how you will learn from our mistakes!

How long is class?


Class starts at 9 am and typically lasts until 4 pm but varies based on vendor presentations and class participation.

 

What do I need to bring?


We will provide all necessary class materials.  Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes for our walk to the virtual dealership.
 

Will lunch be provided?


Yes.
 

How much is the class if I bring people with me?

Can I attend this class at a location other than Harrisburg, NC?


At this time, the class is only held at the CIADA Headquarters in Harrisburg, NC.  We use a virtual dealership located across the street to demonstrate setting up your office, setting up your lot, selling and delivering a car, what to look for when buying a car, completing a deal, and more.  This portion of the class cannot be presented at any other location but we are looking for other options.
 

When do I need to pay?


You will be asked for payment when registering for class.  We will accept payment on day of class for a fee.  Please see the Sign Up
page for pricing information. 
 

What if I need to cancel?


We will issue a f
ull refund for all cancellations prior to 3 days before scheduled class date.  All refunds after that date are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. 
 

What are my payment options?


We accept business or personal checks made out to K3 Automotive Corp and mailed to 13200 Strickland Rd. Suite 114-283 Raleigh, NC 27613.  To pay be credit card, please call 1-866-644-7258 ext 101.
